1. Free shipping is offered on all prepaid orders.
2. For COD within India we charge Rs 50 for the order. You can contact us if COD is offered at you location.
3. Our courier agencies deliver on working days only.
4. You will be intimated upon the dispatch of your product.
5. The shipping time of each product varies.
6. For International customers the shipping cost will be as per the weight & volume of the product.

Important to note: 

• The customer needs to mention the shipping address properly (Name / Complete Address/ Pin Code/ Zip Code/working mobile number)
• Billing address defines the customer credit card bill address.
• We ship our products from Kashmir but sometimes due to the weather situation, the shipping might be a little bit late but our team will speed up the process as per the best of our ability.
