We will be extremely sorry if your order did not work for you. You can just return you product and credit will be added to you next order in the cart. You can use this credit any time on our website www.brandsofheritage.com

Please note:

You must intimate us about your return within 5 days from the date of delivery. The product should reach our warehouse in 30 days.
In case of the product you receive is not up to the mark or damaged, you need to request for drop in a return. Upon the availability of reverse pickup, we arrange the pickup the product from your address.
The product must reach us in its original form / condition without any damage or any other kind of tampering.
The product must be returned in a well-packed box to avoid any damage while the transit.
The shipping address of our company Brands of Heritage must be mentioned on the parcel.
For International return orders, the return of the product has to be arranged by the customer including the charges.

Gourmet Foods:

Customer must inform us within 2 days from the date of delivery regarding the return at careboh@gmail.com
The products (food items) to be returned must be unopened, unused and untampered.
No restocking fee is charges gourmet products.

Art / Craft Orders:

For Products on Sale / Customized are not acceptable for return.
The return of Art & craft products, it must not to be damaged in any way . Also there will be restocking fee applicable as under:

Unacceptable Returns:

Product Tempered & damaged in any way.
Product used/ worn/ washed/ changed in any way what so ever.
As the crafts, design/ color/ pattern may not be 100% actualized in the photographs. Therefore, any slight variation in the mentioned will not be returned / refunded.
Our products are standard in terms of Size, Quality and Color.

Cancellation of an Order:

The order could not be cancelled if it is shipped.
If the order is executed through Credit Card/ Net banking and not been shipped. The refund will be full amount.
Any customized order will not be cancelled.

Product Disclaimer:

As the maximum products from Brandsofheritage.com are, hand woven, handmade. They are subject to a slight variation in color and enrichment due to a multiple factors like as fabric, weather, dyes, photographs and the display screens of mobile/laptop etc.

If your return is due to any manufacturing defect or a fault from our end then drop us an email on careboh@gmail.com. We will take necessary measure to verify your claim and refund your order.

Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
